First Day of Spring!

Crocus
Daffodils poking up in the lawn.

Happy First Day of Spring!
So far, the deer haven't found the crocus, and they don't like daffodils, so as you can imagine, I'll keep planting lots of those!
It sure is nice to see all the new growth on this lovely sunny day. Enjoy : )

So pretty, I was actually just looking at the Amaryllis that is pushing up in my yard, originally from my grandma who has been gone for over 10 years now. Thanks Karen.

Connie, it always amazes me how certain plants connect us with people we love. Thanks for that lovely reminder, my friend. Enjoy that Amaryllis! Happy Spring!

Don't you just love spring.
The warm sun
No Bugs
Excitement of new and old flowers breaking ground
You just got to love it.

Hi Bill!
Well said, neighbor! I just love Spring, too.
Having bulbs blooming in March here in Haliburton is just amazing.
And, with all the warm temps, I'm way ahead of the game with the yard work, as you likely are.
And all bug free, too. Who could ask for more!
Enjoy!
